Affordable housing opportunities
9 Affordable Homeownership Units in Nicholtown - All 9 units that were a part of the City's down payment assistance program in Sumlar Hall have been sold. Please call 864-467-4568 to see if you may qualify for other down payment assistance opportunities through the City's First Time Homebuyers Program.
3. Complete the application and return it with any supporting documentation to: Community Development Division, P.O. Box 2207, Greenville, SC 29602.
4. The Community Development Division will provide you with an Income Certification Letter if your application is approved.
5. If you receive an Income Certification Letter, contact the Greenville County Human Relations Commission to register for a Homebuyer Education class (you will be required to provide a copy of your class certificate to the City upon completion).
6. Contact the builder to discuss pricing, lots and floorplans available.
